The Dear Jack Foundation (DJF) staff and I are so humbled by your support in 2015. We did it! Your support helped us surpass our goal of raising $72,000 for the Dear Jack Foundation, one dollar for every adolescent and young adult diagnosed with cancer this year. Today marks the end of the 2015 72K Challenge Campaign, but the beginning of so much more! We are proud to say that because of your generosity we have raised $84,000 as part of the challenge! Every dollar you contributed will go towards funding our 2016 program partners, as well as launching programs that are solely funded and activated by DJF.
