Dear Jack Foundation - 100K Challenge

Today marks the 11th anniversary of receiving the bone marrow transplant that saved my life.

To celebrate, The Dear Jack Foundation and I have launched the 2016 100K Challenge to help raise $100,000 for adolescents and young adults diagnosed with cancer. We also started two new programs to help provide support to the AYA community, LifeList and breathenow.
