Day 22-New Hampshire- Cecilia and the Satellite is officially certified Gold by the RIAA- It's crazy to me that a dream of this child 1 month before she was born became the song that drew me from the wild into a whole new realm of mass communication. Is it surprising though, not really. Not because I feel entitled to the plaque or the things that go along with it. It's not surprising because this little person has taught me so much and given me even more. More than a million plaques. What she has given, you couldn't hang on a wall. The raw, raging spirit of youth is the most beautiful force of nature I have come across. I live now to prop that up. You're my good luck charm, C. I am so proud of you and what our little family has accomplished in the face of some pretty ridiculous odds.
